Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) offers programs, contests, scholarships, and opportunities for members to develop real-world skills, become college-and-career ready, and make a difference in families, careers, and communities. FCCLA helps prepare members through its four Career Pathways: Human Services, Hospitality and Tourism, Education and Training, and Visual Arts and Design.

Each year, the elected officers create a program of activities for the upcoming school year. Activities may include (but are not limited to) the following:
