Waukee Athletics Honored at State Capitol
Several Waukee athletic teams were honored at the state capitol on Wednesday morning. The teams were also acknowledge to the group by Kenan Judge, State Representative for Iowa House District 44. Boys Basketball (Class 4A State Champion), Girls Basketball (Class 5A State Champion), Boys Swimming (State Champion), Boys Golf (Class 4A State Champion), Dance Team (State Champion), and the Competition Cheer Team (National Champion) were all honored Wednesday.
