The award recognizes coaches who serve their student athletes in a positive manner. Dahl has been a strength and conditioning coach at Waukee High School since 2012. In his time at Waukee, he has revolutionized the way student athletes train, implementing cutting edge software, on-time videos and getting creative with equipment. Coach Dahl also teaches several USAW courses throughout the year, spreading his impact on the strength and conditioning world throughout Iowa and the surrounding states.
The National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA) was created to allow high school coaches to grow as true professionals. It remains our mission to educate, equip and empower coaches to make a positive impact in the lives of student-athletes.
